Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Agentic UI (agenticui.in) provides digital UI components, code templates, and design assets. Access to digital component downloads is granted immediately upon purchasing a Pro subscription or digital asset pack.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of copy-paste React source code and downloadable assets, purchases are generally non-refundable once digital files or component source codes have been accessed or downloaded. However, refund requests will be honored if:

• You were double-charged due to a technical error during checkout.
• You encountered an unresolvable billing issue or service disruption within 7 days of subscription.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your recurring monthly or annual Pro subscription at any time directly from your account settings page. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or raise a payment inquiry, please email us at support@agenticui.in with your transaction ID and account email address. Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
